Can I make suggestions about products for you to carry? TOP
Your opinions and ideas are important to us.  Please contact us via email to notify us with your suggestions or for additional products you would like us to offer. We appreciate your input!

How do I change the products that I ordered? TOP
If you ordered the wrong product or if you would like to delete or add a product, the best way is for you to contact us right away!  This can only be done within 24 hours of placing an order. Once you place an order you will only have 24 hrs. to cancel it.  ***Please note, monogrammed or personalized items are non-refundable unless it is our mistake.  Thank you for your understanding!

We care about our customers!  That is why we NEVER sell any information to anybody... ever. We want you to feel safe giving your information to us.  We will NOT give your personal information to other companies so they can call you or send bulk mail and e-mail to you. 

Shipping TOP

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDER OF 150.00 OR MORE!!
As many of the children's apparel items on our website are custom made to order, your order will be filled within a general 6 to 8 week processing time during the months of August to January and then shipped by US Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post within the US or by International Express Mail for international orders with delivery outside the United States. 
If you need an order shipped sooner than the standard 6 to 8 week processing time, please contact us before placing the order to verify that the items are in stock OR can be custom made and shipped in time to meet your requested delivery date. 
If a RUSH order request is approved, please select one of our expedited  shipping options at checkout, and be sure to make a note in the "Special Instructions"  box requesting delivery by the date needed.  Please place your order to allow enough time for your event.  

What happens when an item I purchased is on backorder? TOP
Occasionally an item you order may be on backorder or out-of-stock. You will be informed through email of the situation and will then be given the option to receive a refund or to choose another item to purchase. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 days, then we will automatically issue you a refund.

What if my product doesn't fit? TOP

We insure this does not happen with open communication during the ordering process.  However, we understand that kids grow fast so in the rare case of occurring we will gladly exchange the item(s) for a different size. You will only be charged for the new shipping fee.
When shipping the items back please include your name, email address, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know what size you would like. We will take care of this for you within 48 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we have received the item(s). Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is damaged during shipment to us.

What method of shipping do you use? TOP

It's A Girl Thing ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, and occasionally FedEx.  Because many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the method of shipping will vary between vendors.

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We are excited to offer payment method through Paypal!  It is very easy to use.  We think you will be happy with this option as it is a secure payment processing method. 

Once you submit your order and address information you will automatically be taken to the Paypal site to submit your payment.  That page will have our name and payment information on it, along with the total amount due.  If you do not have or do not want a Paypal account, you can simply click on the  "continue" button towards the bottom of the Paypal site (near the credit card logos).

When will I receive my monogrammed items? TOP
Monogrammed items will be shipped out to you within 7-10 business days. There may be a slightly longer delay around holidays.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!
