Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We are certain you will love your purchase! However, if you are not you may return your merchandise for an exchange within five (5) days from receipt of merchandise.  Please note we do not issue refunds; only exchanges. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pricing (Sterling Silver)

Although we maintain standard pricing on all of our pieces, from time to time prices will have to be increased when there is a substantial change in the silver and gold markets. Prices are based on a $7.00 oz. silver market. When silver prices fluctuate, a silver surcharge will be added to the price of the item.

Personalization

1. Standard engraving charges are $6.00 per piece. (A pair of earrings is considered one piece.) Mother/Grandmother jewelry engraving charge is $4.00 per space/head. The back of any piece is considered a separate engraving charge. Example: The front of a pendant engraving charge would be $6.00, and the back of that same pendant would be another $6.00 charge. The same would apply to the back of Mother/Grandmother jewelry. There is a $4.00 charge for the front and another $4.00 charge if the back is to be engraved.
2. Hand engraving is $35.00 per piece. Highly trained master engravers do this and each piece is hand chiseled.
3. Laser engraving is $6.00 per item. Custom logos are available and will be quoted at the time of the order.
4. Embroidered items are $6.00 per item. Custom logos are subject to a digitizing fee that will be quoted at the time of the order.

Turn Around Time

We operates on a 2-3 business day turn around. Turn around time does not include shipping time. Orders placed before 2:30 p.m. EST will be processed to ship within 2-3 business days. However, our turn around time may vary during peak seasons. This would include Holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's and our peak Show Schedules in January and July. At these times our turn around time could change to a 3-5 day turn around.

**When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify us so that we can ensure your order reaches you in time. There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please email us with specific information.**
